First Real Snow of December
We have had several days with snowflakes, but yesterday was the first real snow. Mommy got me all dressed up in my snow gear to go out and shovel the walk for Daddy. Then when Daddy got home, we got dressed up again and helped him re-shovel the walk. We even had a snow fight with snow on our shovels!! Then Mommy brought me the cone that I asked her for so that I could make myself a snow cone!! Yummy! They say there's supposed to be even more snow on Sunday!

Harrison's 1st Emergency Room Visit
Today I fell on the playground at school. I was going up the steps to the slide and tripped and split open my chin. My teacher, Miss Rosie, called Mommy at home and she came in to look at it and see if I needed stitches. When she got there I showed her my boo-boo and she gave me a high five because I made it 4 and a half years without having to go to the ER! I didn't cry much when I fell, but when Mommy told me I had to leave school I cried. She asked me why and I told her it was because I wanted to stay at school for Lunch Bunch. She told me that if we were quick, we might be able to run and get it fixed and make it back in time for the end of Lunch Bunch. We went to the ER and the nurse put a magic cotton ball on my chin for about 15 minutes and then I couldn't feel anything they did to it. I was really brave and didn't cry or whine one bit! The doctor gave me 1 stitch under the skin and 5 outside. I even made it back in time for the end of Lunch Bunch!

North Pole Express Train
On Sunday night we drove back to Essex, CT to catch a night-time ride on the North Pole Express train. We had an elf named "Princess Snowflake" that sang songs with us and played games while we rode to the North Pole. The train was magical, so it only took us about an hour and 20 minutes to get to the North Pole and back. On the ride, we saw Santa and his reindeer fly by us twice! Then when we got to the North Pole, the station was all lit up and we could see a bunch of Santa's elves. We picked up Santa and Mrs. Claus and they went through each train car to meet all of the kids. Santa even gave us a bell for our Christmas tree! Mrs. Claus had baked cookies for everyone on the train! They were so yummy and the hot chocolate they gave us was great too!
